Swarm season in our region is March through July. You may register for the upcoming season as early as January. Registration to receive calls from PMBA's Swarm Hotline is open to PMBA members in good standing.
The hotline number is 1-877-739-2335 (that’s 877-PDX-BEEK). Save this number to your contacts, and be ready to pick up the call to claim a swarm! Please note, the swarm list will call all responders for the designated location of the swarm simultaneously, meaning the first beekeeper to pick up and accept the call claims the swarm.
